Summary: Hands down the worst computer I've ever owned. I had an HP a long time ago and didn't have any issues, so I figured I'd give this one a try, since it was moderately priced. It's only 8 months old now, but I've had issues with it from the very start. Windows 8 is terrible in general.

Summary: This was a scam. I ordered a Windows 7 new computer and received a USED Windows 8.In order to legally sell HP products as new the seller is supposed to be authorized by HP. This seller was not an authorized dealer. I returned the computer as instructed by Amazon.
Summary: I just bought this notebook through Amazon (seller: BetterLifeTech) but it does not work. It's completely crazy, it does not turn on. I've been in touch with HP - since the seller says his responsibility stops after 3 days - which allowed me to activate the guarantee contract, and now I'm still...
Summary: I purchased this Laptop computer for $799.00. Next day was priced at $739.00. Seller when ask did credit us $60.00. However, the computer has been nothing but a problem . I had to hire an IT computer professional to reload the entire operating system .
Summary: The touch pad is sometimes too sensitive and sometimes not sensitive enough. If you accidentally touch the pad with two fingers for a split second, all of a sudden you just zoomed in or out and have to readjust the screen.
Summary: I wish I had known there was a $72 restocking fee, which is a little outrageous. Not Newegg's fault obviously, but Windows 8 is just the worst. It's unreal that they took the worst parts of Mac and the worst parts of Windows and mushed them into an unholy abomination.
Pros: The computer itself is really nice looking and if it had real Windows 7 (or XP or whatever), then it would be a fantastic little laptop.
Cons: The major con is that this is a DOWNGRADE from Windows 8 to Windows 7, not a laptop that comes with Windows 7. This means all the B.S. from Windows 8 is still on the computer slowing it down. It was so unbelievably slow, it was unusable. My husband lasted a few days before he had a fit (around th...
