Summary: After a while of using it I dropped it once and the corners broke, also the keys sometimes pop off and also the border around the screen can come off, and the bottom would pop off. I use it lots and I'm very disappointed. Lots of my friends have the same laptop and we all agree it's a pain.

Summary: This was a scam. I ordered a Windows 7 new computer and received a USED Windows 8.In order to legally sell HP products as new the seller is supposed to be authorized by HP. This seller was not an authorized dealer. I returned the computer as instructed by Amazon. It took 30 days to get my money back. The computer was USED and NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. This is a scam and look out for more SCAMS! Be careful when purchasing so called new electronics while online.
Summary: I just bought this notebook through Amazon (seller: BetterLifeTech) but it does not work. It's completely crazy, it does not turn on. I've been in touch with HP - since the seller says his responsibility stops after 3 days - which allowed me to activate the guarantee contract, and now I'm still waiting for HP local support partner to contact me... it's totally crazy!
Summary: I purchased this Laptop computer for $799.00. Next day was priced at $739.00. Seller when ask did credit us $60.00. However, the computer has been nothing but a problem . I had to hire an IT computer professional to reload the entire operating system . I complained to the seller and he advised me this was more of less my problem, almost arrogant!!! " you can contact the manufactuer.
Summary: I used the computer for three weeks. I loaded all my company information on it and started doing my work. It performed well until I tried to enter my timrcard information. It Blue Screened and shut down. I restarted it and went through the Windows Repair screens. It went down again. I had to return the Lap Top and purchase another from some place else.

Summary: The touch pad is sometimes too sensitive and sometimes not sensitive enough. If you accidentally touch the pad with two fingers for a split second, all of a sudden you just zoomed in or out and have to readjust the screen. Also the cursor will get stuck and will not move around as precisely as my much older laptop. Others in this comment section have said the exact same thing. I'm not the only one.
