I just read the two reviews on this HP 4510s system and this is my take on it. This is my first of 4 HP Probook systems and I have had no problems with any of them. Have owned the 4510s for over 3 years now, it usually gets shoved around my machine shop on a cart all day long and it's been dragged around from Oregon and back a few times and it has never given me any problems, period. Overall I'm very happy with the laptop. You'll also get the free Windows 7 upgrade if you order in the next few months. Though the specs say Windows Vista is the default OS, mine actually came with XP pre-installed and a DVD of Vista. Read more

I have problems with my Probook 4510s: 1.It doesn't detect the USB unless I reboot 2.It switches off itself and I have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes to turn it back on. A blue light comes up at the power connection and until it turns orange, I can not restart the laptop (with or without the battery).... I need some inputs on these issues
