Summary: I have had my computer since 2009; It's gone from a standard personal use laptop to the main laptop at the office. I'm an accountant, and have QB's downloaded, along with tons of home videos & pics downloaded, and this computer has never let me down. It runs great going on 5 years. I've replaced the battery once. I didn't think this laptop would last as long as it has, and in 2009 I'd purchased it new for roughly $350.00.
Summary: Try doing a Hard Reset. You can do this by removing the battery and unplugging the AC Adapter. Then press and hold the power button on the laptop for about 30 seconds, then put the battery back in and plug in the AC Adapter and try turning it on again.
Summary: Save your money, this item is a complete waste of money and will cause severe headache. My first week of getting this laptop in 2/2010 it would not come on, using my desktop I had to search for a solution to get it back to working. The second year, my fan stopped working, battery stopped working, and the power cord stopped working.
Summary: Let me start of with the appearance... This is a gorgeous looking laptop. Even my macbook friends compliment me on how nice it looks. I really like the black and silver look. It's a real head-turner. The screen is nice, clear and bright. The keyboard and touchpad (or mouse) is functional. It has 3 USB ports which is useful for tech gadget freaks who have multiple devices to charge or sync. The speaker is pretty loud and has good bass for a laptop.
