Excerpt: This laptop is extremely portable, and is packed with endless features. I love how fast the computer performs at just about everything I need it for, plus some. It also has some really unique features that cause this laptop to stand out in the competition.
Summary: I'm speaking out of sheer honesty! PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING! I bought this laptop for a college class thinking it would be good for presentation uses and the computer came 3 weeks later than it was supposed to in grimy (dirty) condition... For a while it was... About 5 1/2 months after my purchase it started having issues. First it took forever to configure... I have it a chance.. I kept in contact with the seller QUITE OFTEN.... Then problems got worse...
Summary: the computer that they sent its computer charger couldn`t charge at all, I had to buy a brand new one, but still the computer doesn`t charge.which mean that I never get to use it, iot is just there not being used, I have to buy a new one.You guys have to be serious about what you sell to customer.we buy your stuff through amazon coz we trust you and we trust what amazon has to offer.please first check stuff that are being selled on your website and then get to psot them.
Summary: When I bought this laptop 2 years ago, it was mostly because of the touch screen. I just recently installed Windows 8; the screen works great with it! The keyboard feels a little bit small, and the battery life is not the best. This is not a big problem for me as I spend most my time at a desk and/or close to an outlet. Overall, this laptop is deserving of 4 stars.
Summary: I bought this particular product used because of its low price and I just wanted a tablet PC to draw and write with the pen on the screen. I like how it isn't as small as other PC's of its kind, I love the fingerprint scanner, the track pad is great, and the buttons on the side of the screen are very handy, however I have had some minor issues. One of the issues is that when I try to draw a smooth curve the line will appear very shaky when I do not have shaky hands.
Summary: I've had my hp tx2000z for over three years now, i loved it early on, then the problems started. it wouldn't start up, so i sent it to hp and i think they swapped the mb, all covered under the 1 yr warranty. after that, i spent the extra 250+ for the three year (total care) warranty, it's full service for a total of three years from original purchase. since i've bought it, i've had to send my laptop in about 5 times, yes that's a lot.
Summary: The good stuff: It's a powerful tablet. I can play games like the sims 3 on it. Beautiful picture. Great sensitivity to fingers/pencil. Great for taking notes. Fast processor. Never broke down. Never got a blue screen of death (even with Vista on it). Overall it is an amazing laptop. Bad Stuff: The fan on it is a little loud for a laptop. If compared to a desktop computer it is pretty quiet.
Summary: These computers are a ticking time bomb. There are many complaints that the computer just died. there is a guy out there with a petition signed by 1100+ people. It is a manufacturer's defect. Mine suddenly died and the extended warranty folks, who couldn't figure out why, guessed that I must have spilled something on it. They guessed this because there were droplets on the keyboard which i cleaned before sending it. I have other issues with the company..
Excerpt: HP is definitely my personal favorite brand of computer, especially when it comes to the production of laptops. They make excellent quality laptops that keep working, work well right from the start, and are excellent durability as well as performance.
