HP lap Top

Summary: I'm still wrestling with Windows 8.1, I hate it, but persevering. I'm not overly impressed with the lap top, curser hangs up occasionally and is sometimes unpredictable? Not the fastest machine in the collection. Any help would be welcome.
Summary: I bought two of these machines--one for myself and one for my wife. I am perfectly satisfied with the purchase (although I am looking forward to the release of Windows 10) except for one thing: the Synaptics TouchPad on this computer is the worst touchpad I have ever used.
Summary: The touchpad is way to sensitive and the slide out screen comes out randomly, and annoyingly. It's also chock full of useless apps (which I got rid of). The keyboard doesn't feel substantial under my fingertips and the touch screen seems pretty useless, actually.
Summary: Arrived on time and in good packaging...Nice and cool but housing is made up of plastic.. And inability to connect to my Bluetooth speaker that work with my phone tab and other computers at home.
Summary: Love the computer, but Windows 8 is like being held hostage. That's one crazy OS. It's like they tried to do too much....and messed up something that was already good. I know that Windows 8 is the OS and not the computer....I get that...
Summary: Really great computer but has a few problems. One I had was with the DVD drive, you have to go through a lot to watch a movie. Also won't let you go into some apps you download. Everything else worKS great.
Summary: It worked fine for just over a year. Quite suddenly everything became so slow on the laptop that it is not even worth using. It takes 30 minutes just to turn on. I tried to do a factory restore from the recovery console that HP put in there. It has been going for 14 hours and it is at 13% complete.
