Not So Happy With My HP Pavilion Sleekbook 15-b140us 15.6-Inch...

Summary: I am a big fan of HP products & computers/laptops. This one I am not too thrilled with....It works fine, but even to my non-techy brain, it seems to be not quite up to HP standard. Should have returned it, but let the time lapse, so stuck with it.
Summary: Important note... and unfortunately I don't exactly know how to put this in words... you must intricately and delicately mess around with the connector until it "clicks". As soon as it does, it's like new again. I almost sent this back because, well, I'm not a laptop repairman.
Summary: I chose 4 starts, not five, because the processor makes a lot of noise on start-up as well as during opening programs and , sometimes, while running programs ( just like the Pentium 2 desktop i used to own back in the day). When it starts roaring i regret i should have opted for a better one.
Summary: I'm a sophomore in college and I needed a new laptop. This was honestly my second choice, the first was a touch screen HP. Overall this is a nice computer. But it DOES NOT have a CD drive, which may be a problem for some people. Luckily most software can be downloaded. And it is NOT touchscreen.
Summary: Recently I picked up this laptop locally for four hundred (very good price with these specs...). I'm an intermediate to advanced PC user who tends to be a bit picky when it comes to speed, stability and features.
Summary: I really like the computer it does act a little slow sometimes but it might just be from the things i have on it now but the only other complaint that i have is that the mouse pad is very hard to use it will sometimes not respond but getting yourself a wireless mouse like I did is the way to solve...
