Summary: I have a 14-b120dx. Mine is less than a year old and I've already replaced the screen twice because it's so easy to flex it or even hit it from behind. The display is a little over 3/8 inch thick and you have to be really careful how you handle it or transport it.
Summary: I purchased two of these, first one I opened started up fine, second one has a distinct "ticking" noise coming from the top left corner of the keyboard. Ive been trying to deal with HP to get a case number and details on how to return my product for repair.
Summary: Using this product for 4 months and not much excited about it, I had many problems plus trying to make it work lost my Microsoft office and other programs not happy about it. since that lost, now trying new system in this computer lets see how it goes. good bye Windows.
Summary: Got this as an upgrade for my daughter's old laptop. Feeling out of the box: It's very plasticky. Keyboard has a "give" so it bends a bit when you punch in the keys. My benchmark is a MacBook Air which I'm using (very happily). The screen doesn't look great. I guess this is a question of taste.
Summary: When I received this product I found out I had to buy the external cd drive to upload the programs. Second, I was not happy that the Norton Internet was only for a 60 day trail period, so my niece who I ordered this for has to purchase the product August 5th.
Summary: HP tried to make this into a modern design with lots of extra gadgets, and wound up with a disappointing product. I bought this computer because of all the great reviews.... I wish that I had first gone to Best Buy and demoed some others first.
Summary: Cant get it to play cds or dvds even with external optical drive, windows media player sucks wont work. Please someone help me find what to buy to get my optical drive up and running im giving it 2 stars because the betery rocks its the best thing about it i wish i would have paid alittle more to...

Summary: It did not make it in time for Christmas. I almost cancelled my order, but decided that an i3 Core processor for less than $350 on a laptop was worth taking a chance on. I took the chance. Should have held out. The battery on this unit is junk.
