Review HP Pavilion 14-c010us Chromebook

14 May 2013
  • Conclusion: HP knows what it’s getting into with the Pavilion 14 Chromebook, and that’s why it’s targeting the consumer market. No matter how you slice it, there are still too many quirks surrounding Chromebooks—such as the storage limitations and internet connectivity requirements, or the inability to run many business applications—to recommend the platform wholeheartedly to business users.
  • Pros: Very low price, Quick startup/shutdown/resume, Good wireless network performance, Largest screen for a Chromebook yet, Nearly silent in most cases, Loud audio, Portable and cheap.
  • Cons: Chrome OS functionality still limited, Keyboard remains poor, Plastic case feels rather fragile, High-gloss casing and display, CPU/GPU performance is low, Very warm under load, HDMI connectivity subject to hiccups

HP Pavilion Sleekbook 14

8 March 2013
  • Pros: Rimelig, slank, relativt lett, bra tastatur, ganske stillegående
  • Cons: Materialvalget gir litt "billig-følelse", harde museknapper, utstikkende strømplugg, ingen høyytelsesmaskin.
