Summary: This is the worst computer I have ever owned. I have spent hours adjusting the touch pad and it is still so sensitive that it is essentially unusable. The slightest graze of my palm will move the pointer. Every time there is a Windows update, the computer will not re-start.
Summary: I purchased this laptop within the past 2 years and here is why the two stars- Pro's: -Good specs for price at the time(Around $550) -QUAD PROCESSOR, 6GB RAM, DECENT VIDEO CARD.. -Key Pad -HDMI port -Big screen CON's: -The webcam didn't work from the get go(Possibly a loose connection internally)...
Not worth more than $99 unless you enjoy aggravation.

Summary: I got it on sale at a local store about 2 years ago and thought since it was an HP it would be a quality item, but I was wrong. This must be HP's low end model. Previously had a dv9000 and loved it, until the screen went on it.
Summary: I bought this from Staples. When it worked it was a pretty decent laptop. I noticed it getting slower and slower the more I used it though. Thought about installing a solid state and new RAM cards.I had the year warranty on it.
I gave two stars because repairs can make this a working laptop but it was not an easy fix.

Summary: this computer was not sold as stated in it's description. all of the driver's for H.P programs were deleted and seller refused to assist with corrective repairs other than suggesting a web site to download multiple drivers. seller's last e-mail said I sold the laptop not it's program's.
Summary: Sent the wrong laptop, no back-lit keyboard (they have since changed the description to standard keyboard instead of backlit - still pretty upset). Morning Glory hopes you won't care. I've had this computer for nearly a year and it's pretty quick and the sound is good...
