Excerpt: This little laptop gives you performance with enriched multi media tasking. It does ordinary tasks with style but if you need performance for photos, videos and such the HP 14.1 steps up to the task. You can burn files on CDs or DVDs. And I like laptops that are light and this laptop allows you to remove the optical drive to make it lighter. So it is great for business and boring stuff and can amuse your children if needed and you can take it with you.
Excerpt: STAY AWAY FROM HP! i have had the HP computer and the screen went out right after the manufacturers warranty went out - one year after i bought it. these screens are too costly to replace, so basically you need to pitch the computer and buy a new one. my sister had an HP as well, and the hard drive went out a few weeks before the manufaturers warranty expired, so they fixed that,.i have to say that while in warranty, they have decent service, you do not pay anything...
Excerpt: In the past few years, I've had terrible experiences with HP. Almost 4 years ago I bought what was then the current, up to date HP Pavilion--If I recall correctly, it was the dv 1300 t. I loved it at first but within 2 months things began going wrong – the battery died, then the power cord died, it stopped connecting to the internet entirely, and several other issues. The customer service was truly TERRIBLE. I can't emphasize this enough.
Excerpt: I HATE the Hp hp pavllion dv4 1431 us! It is terrible! My husband bought me this laptop as a gift and it was a surprise! Boy was I surprised! It was so bad. I felt sorry for my husband because he bought it for me. He went to Best Buy and told them what he was looking for and they sold him this computer. first of all, it has a Quickplay feature that is beyond frustrating. It comes up every time you start the computer and it takes forever.
Good for about a year.....the look for something new

Excerpt: I bought this computer and it was great for the first year...then the power cord needed replacing(10days after the warrenty) and now I no longer can use it as the grapic card or screen is broken, it is in for repares. This was my second HP and the one before gave me problems. I thought I was just too hard on that one and tryed them once more. Well I have had my Hp fill now!!
Excerpt: What a mistake buying this laptop was. What makes it worse, when it was time to purchase a laptop I researched this for weeks! I was just glancing at the mostly all good reviews below and I wonder what laptop everyone else got. Or better yet, what did I get? The laptop I purchased was the DV4t Pavilion with a 14" screen, 4GB RAM, 250 GB hard drive, Core 2 Duo processor, with blu ray/DVD player. On the surface, the specs (at the time) looked great.
