Dont't Buy this Notebook if You plan to use it outside T-MOBILE coverage area !! The Modem is LOCK !!!

Summary: I buy my DM1 4130nr (with T-MOBILE SIM Card included) from Amazon.com but now I'm in Italy without any T-MOBILE coverage. So , I try with a local carrie SIM but, this a very terrible surprise, the device take a signal from broadband carrier but is LOCKED !!! I've already chat with T-MOBILE support and they told me to ask to Hp Support. Anda Last but Least Itoday I discovery that may warranty perdiod is Expired in October 2013 !!
Does not come with 4g Tmobile. Horrible customer support.

Summary: The laptop works fine. The "beats" audio is quiet and squeals if you put it too loud, just like any other laptop. This product does NOT come with TMobile 4g. It is a blatant LIE by the company. I contacted their customer support about it and the Indian support personnel who barely spoke English just beat around the bush and said there was " nothing he could do". Blatant, flagrant false advertising. Should be sued.
Summary: I purchased the product as new it arrived used with dents on the front of system. one of the processing cards was missing and the trail subscription of office was already expired. The T-Mobile card was already I installed and didn't work. I sent it back for an immediate return. As far as the actual computer... Not impressed.
Summary: Received the package promptly, but it was poorly packed and when I opened the outside box, inside was a retail computer box addressed to Staples!!! It was apparent from the condition of the inside box that it had been shipped unprotected through either the mail, ups or fedex systems. I was not happy! If I had wanted this computer from Staples, I would have gone to the store and purchased it there.
Summary: It's difficult to tell whether it's the machine or Windows 8 but with 4GB and nothing else running should Solitaire hesitate? In addition, there's no evidence of the T-Mobile Broadband despite HP's setup instructions directing you how to access it. All-in-all, a very disappointing purchase. Followed Scott B.'s request to contact HP Customer Support I reported the following issues: 1. No evidence of T-Mobile Broadband 2.
Summary: I am very disappointed in this laptop. It continuously freezes up, is slowwwwww and operates on Windows 8. I realize it takes time to learn any new operating system, but they took everything good and hid it behind layers of stupid "integrated" pages. A real waste! I will have Windows 8 removed and see if that improves its operation.
Summary: After having this computer, I am done with HP for good. The screen, as another poster mentioned, becomes wobbly and does not stay in place. My hard disk drive failed in a year & always made a terrible clicking noise. I bought HP because I knew they used to make good products, but will never buy from them again.
Summary: i've had this computer for about year. JUST TO LET EVERYONE KNOW, about 4 months into having this cheap garbage the hinges became loose and my screen is wobbly and defective. i am also having problems with the screen itself which occasionally flickers lines on it and the so called "beats" audio cant even beat out my I-pod touch speakers! this is a terrible buy i do not recommend it to anyone.
Summary: Very poor service. I bought two. neither one works completely. the touch pad is non functional -which is pretty much needed on a lap top....so have to use a mouse. Waited over a month before getting it. Very poor service. Too bad because it could have been a pretty cool little notebook.
