Summary: I bought this laptop in December 2011 to replace a larger, bulkier Dell that weighed twice as much and was too large and heavy for my briefcase when travelling. The HP dm-1 is lightweight and has plenty of RAM and ROM for my work and personal needs.
Summary: The hp dm1 is a great little computer I use it at work where I needed widows 7 so I bought this computer because it was Inexpensive. I have always had Mac computers but after using this one I might not ever buy a Mac again
Summary: Very poor service. I bought two. neither one works completely. the touch pad is non functional -which is pretty much needed on a lap top....so have to use a mouse. Waited over a month before getting it. Very poor service. Too bad because it could have been a pretty cool little notebook.
Summary: I bought this computer for my wife a few months ago, as she was looking for something relatively compact, but more powerful than a netbook. Overall, this laptop met our needs with a few caveats. Performance wise, this computer meets all of our needs.
Summary: I'd owned a previous entry in the HP Pavilion line from a couple years back before upgrading to this one, so I had some broad expectations about what I'd be in for, and those expectations have been met.
Summary: I bought this computer to replace a 17", ten year old HP computer. I disliked carrying the big heavy 17" machine The 11.6" machine is perfect for me to carry around. I have all of the convenience of a net-book with the speed and capacity of a full size laptop.
Summary: I bought this computer 2 years ago when my boyfriend suggested it. It's still going strong. PROS: 1. Small, incredibly light (weighs more than the air, but then that costs 4 times as much). Yet screen is comfortably bigger than the netbook. 2. Fast processor.
