Summary: For the price it's ok... With that said what complaints I read about a 200 dollar computer people amaze me DAILY! AS for opening this laptop if you have opened any laptop in the past I see no problems getting into this one 30 minutes I can and have took this Laptop apart and reassemble in 30 minutes...
Summary: Have had this computer for going on 2 years. Fortunately, I purchased the Extended Warranty offered thru Amazon. Another review on that item. I've had to send the computer in 2X for repairs. In both instances, there was a problem with the laptop's keyboard.
Summary: Bought the 8gb RAM version back in 2012 and it still works like it's new. It does, however, have issues with overheating. The biggest problem is that it is very flimsily made in terms of the screen frame and the hinges that let the screen go up and down.
If not for Heat problem, might have recieved a 4 plus out of 5 stars

Summary: A fairly nice laptop with the exception the A10-4600m APU gets hot and sets at 83c temperature and the maximum is 100c. Even with a cooler setting underneath the laptop only drops to 78c. So there is a major problem with Heat.
Summary: This is overall a good laptop....when it's working. When I first ordered it, I was very excited. The specs made this laptop seem like my dream for everything I needed to run. But those hopes were quickly crushed when I got it.
Summary: I recommend purchasing the 2 year extended warranty while you can to prevent costly repairs in the future, and an external cooling fan pad for the laptop to extend its life. I will purchase again from Newegg, but only new products with warranties from here on out.
Pros: Responsive Touch Screen. VERY fast processing power. Great for College Engineering degree. Lots of storage. Love the capabilities, Loved the price.
Cons: EXACTLY one year from purchase, I hear a "chirping" noise, indicative of the fan going out. Refurbished.
Summary: The Laptop is great thus far. The purchase was bumpy, but that was because I tried to use Staples.com and use two payment sources. The Manager at the local Staples store was fantastic and handled the entire matter easily and professional.
