Summary: Hate, hate, hate windows 8...........My husband and I reviewed laptops for a month and decided on this one because of the memory and ram. But I would send it back, if it wasn't such a hassle. The computer feels very cheap and the mouse does not work half the time.
Summary: Overall not really satisfied with this laptop. The performance is decent, and the display is nice, but the overall construction just feels cheap. The most telling indicator of this is the mouse-pad. Its a one piece, so one end of the pad is free floating, allowing you to "click." However, as you type this causes the pad to rattle loudly which becomes exceptionally annoying.
Summary: Was really disappointed with windows 8. I m not that literate in computers and found this program very user unfriendly . Had to reprogram it to windows 7 . Also keabord isn't backlighted , so it is disadvantage . And the main problem with it is -despite of existing antiviral program it constantly getting bugged with viruses .
Summary: I purchased this specifically because it was supposed to have Windows 7, and when it got here it had windows 8, and it's like like if I'm gping to have windows 8 I could have bought a better laptop
Summary: I love the price of this product, but it didn't take too long to have a problem to occur. I was frustrated. Then I decided to call HP. It took more than 3 hours to fix the problem. The support tech on the phone was very nice and helpful. Anyway I'm not pleased about this laptop.
Summary: I like it but the mouse pad is very hard to work . OTHER THAN THAT It seems to work fine . I really miss my 17" but something happened to the monitor and had to get this one . Found out after the fact there was a recall on the 17" . Oh well .
