Excerpt: I bought this computer because I was upgrading from a previous computer that was slowing down. This HP seems to be efficient, I wouldn't say it is super fast however. One complaint I have, which I am sure I'm just not used to it yet, is the mouse pad. It is hard to click. The scroll feature is also slower when using the two finger scroll than my last laptop. I like the size and weight.
Excerpt: THIS IS A GREAT LAPTOP COMPUTER. LIGHT WEIGHT EASY TO CARRY IN A BACK PACK. HAS ENOUGH RAM AND GIG TO DO WHATEVER I WANT. IT'S PERFECT FOR ANT OF THE WORD OR EXCELL APPLICATIONS THAT I USE AND IT HAS WINDOWS 8 WHICH TOOK A LITTLE WHILE TO GET USED TO BUT IS OK VERY SMALL LEARNING CURVE WITH ALL THE FEATURES ON THIS PRODUCT.
Excerpt: The laptop is light enough for easy transport. Touch screen took a little getting used to, but now very convenient. Bought it Thursday morning and used it for a power point presentation on Saturday. Easy to use and easy to find your way around the programs, even for a novice.
Excerpt: Purchased laptop to replace older 15.6" laptop and was concerned that the 14" screen would be too small, but pleasantly surprised that we really don't notice the difference. The battery life for extended use so far is excellent. Much lighter then 15.6" laptop and easier to handle and use. The touch screen is great even with fat fingers you can pick the smallest Icon.
Excerpt: The mouse pad is very awkward to use. Have even tried all the different settings, finally bought and external mouse. The touch screen is very nice for little fingers, mine are not that small. Windows eight has been a learning experience.
