Summary: I purchased my HP laptop from Walmart just over a year ago, I have nothing but bad luck with it and of course only after the 90 day return policy was up, The only thing I own now is an expensive coaster.
Summary: severe problems...memory, system update and what not. Everything that could possibly go wrong did! Now I am stuck with this product and having to pay for extended warranty from HP! Customer service initially offered to help but then backed out.
Summary: Pros: powerful enough to run strategy games like civilization 5 Cons: Minor things: the delete button isn't directly to the right of the backspace button like I'm used to, and the touchpad doesn't always register clicks at the very corner, you need to be in a bit **MAJOR PROBLEM: has a memory leak in the touchpad driver, fills up memory after about 7-10 hours of touchpad usage. Can be seen in non-paged pool section of memory.
Summary: It's been a while since I could say I love a laptop computer, but I love this one. I love the size: A 13 inch screen is neither too tiny like the smaller ultraportables, nor too big to casually carry with you like a 17 inch. I love the solid state drive: It seems to make everything faster. I love that it's a touch screen: It works perfectly with Windows 8.1. I love how fast it wakes and comes on when I've been away for a while.

Summary: I am updating from the HP Pavilion now in the tablet version and absolutely love it!!! I have had this for three days now and found nothing wrong with it! It's fast, nice sized, got tons to do on it and easy to use!! If I were to change anything it would be to add a rear facing camera but that's really unnecessary. My husband is a computer technician and he even absolutely loves this hybrid!! So glad this is what I got!!
