Summary: I am very unhappy with my purchase of this tablet. I am not sure if I recieved a faulty one or if this is a normal thing but after 3 months of having it the tablet started freezing often and now has issues turning on. I have reset it back to factoy settings and have ran multiple anti-virus programs with nothing out of the ordinary being found. I tried contacting the seller but they were unwilling to exchange/return the product.
Summary: I bought this computer and returned the first one within 3 days. the first one had a bad graphics card and kept freezing. the second one and third one both had a bad graphics card and various other issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPUTER!
Summary: Got this for my daughter for school. While she seems to like the features/operation, the fan on this thing is the LOUDEST I have ever heard - so we are returning it. We are going to try a replacement of the same model, in hopes that the one we got originally is a one-off issue with this unit...but if the replacement is the same, we will return it and go with a non-HP product.
Summary: I received this computer and the keyboard has stopped working after about 2 weeks. I have been in contact with HP - they are sending me a box to send the unit in for repairs - should take a couple of weeks is my understanding. So far - not the happiest owner of the HP Pavillion.
Summary: good piece of hardware. The only negative side that I saw at least was the audio, memory capacity, and battery. The audio was not stellar like other beats audio products i've encountered, but not bad to say the least. The memory isn't the best in the market, but nothing an external hard-drive can't fix. (Usually $50 for a lot of external memory. And last, the battery didn't last as long as I would like jt but i got me though a day of college classes.
