Summary: Not happy with this laptop. My 14 year old daughter bought with her own money and it kicks her off the internet all the time, if she can initially get on. We had a professional work on it ($85.00) and he said there are "issues" with this laptop.

Summary: The laptop died after using it for 10 months. We had to purchase new computers after that. It was a bad idea to purchase refurbished laptops, I guess. Or refurbished by this company? Not sure. Overall, bad experience.
Summary: The computer came to be in amazing condition with a lot of good programs on it. I'm thinking it was previously used in a company. When it came to contacting the sellers about the language ability of the computer they were prompt and efficient.
