I would be extremely happy to wake up and the internet is actually working ...

Summary: This computer made me skeptical of buying any other hp laptop. First of all, The internet was always having problems, from the first day I bought it. When I tried to connect to the internet, It would put a "3" after every wifi connection I tried to get onto, even the library's, and it would not work. It would say that the internet is connected and has access, but still I would not be able to use it.
Summary: Not happy with this laptop. My 14 year old daughter bought with her own money and it kicks her off the internet all the time, if she can initially get on. We had a professional work on it ($85.00) and he said there are "issues" with this laptop. We have an ipod and another laptop at home that connect and stay connected, so the seller tried to tell us it was an issue with our connection, but obviously not the case. So disappointed and bad for my daughter's first purchase.
Summary: The laptop died after using it for 10 months. We had to purchase new computers after that. It was a bad idea to purchase refurbished laptops, I guess. Or refurbished by this company? Not sure. Overall, bad experience.
Summary: The computer came to be in amazing condition with a lot of good programs on it. I'm thinking it was previously used in a company. When it came to contacting the sellers about the language ability of the computer they were prompt and efficient. However when it came to contacting the seller about the pirated version of windows in my computer they STILL haven't gotten in touch with me and I purchased this computer in 2011. The offered to send me no disk or anything.
Summary: first i had trouble registering windows, there was an instructions sheet that said email for help if you have issues, i did so and got the same instruction sheet sent to me...ok, resolved that without help and now the computer won't boot for hours, it says the physical memory is full..and I can't figure it out, didn't get any help from them before so I don't expect any now....sure as heck won't buy from them again!
Summary: A cautionary tale: I bought a desktop that was refurbished by HP with Win7HP 64bit. Numerous problems from the start. Some examples: **Possible invalid Windows OS is installed: The Windows product id on the computer (the colored tag with "Windows Certificate. . .") has a number different from the number in the HP product support software. Not sure which one is right, and won't even think about the possibility that the answer is neither.
I returned the computer because the fan stopped working and a message appeared stating to change battery
28 November 2012
Summary: It was delivered a day earily and after 4 hours charging the battery the computer worked beautifully until 23 days later. the fan stopped working and a message to change the battery appeared. The company replied after I requested a refund and want to give me direction to fix the malfunction. I did not feel comfortable keeping the computer. I was instructed to pay the return postage which I feel is wrong.
