Battery life is amazing (7hrs +) and the profile of the laptop is nice and thin, but feel very sturdy.

Summary: I love everything about this laptop except for the fan noise that many previous people have mentioned. I also was expecting this to run faster than my HP dv6 model with a core i3 processor, since my folio has a core i5 processor, but that is not the case unfortunately. Other than that, the light weight, thin profile, sturdy built with a long battery life is hard to beat. Also, with the ssd, this thing boots up really fast!
Summary: Simple, attractive practially instant on, clean lines, and very functional. I got this ultrabook as a dedicated portable for power point presentations. Works flawlessly, and for the price its a no brainer!
Summary: Once in a blue moon I come across a laptop that fascinates me. The HP Folio 13-2000 is surely one of the more impressive models available on the market. HP has packaged powerful components into a very elegant yet sophisticated system. At the time of this writing, Intel had recently announced that they would be beginning their "Ultrabook" laptop initiative to place systems on the market that would compete with Apple's thinner Macbook Air series.

Summary: Screen is not at all washed out as many others have said. I can set the display so bright that my eyes would hurt from the brightness. The audio from this machine is great, very loud and clear. I like how it looks, especially with the backlit keyboard here in my lap. If I use the built-in webcam at night, I don't even need to have any light on and the webcam would still see me.
Summary: The first things that stand out to me are the excellent battery life, good keyboard feel, and somewhat loud fan. This is definitely a good investment for someone who is doing a lot of email, word processing, and business stuff. The SSD does give adequate space (but not enough for someone who wants a lot of music and movies). Cold start up takes between 15-30 seconds. Super fast! Buy a wireless mouse.
Summary: Have been able to play with it for just about a week now. Appears and feels like a solid ultrabook. Performance is much better than my (old) dual core workstation. Enough so that I may just invest in the dual monitor docking station. No surprise - a little too much bloatware for my taste but the Uninstall and right click delete features work fine. Second impression: Like pretty much every other Ultra book review I read, the only annoying thing at this point is the fan.
Summary: I did a lot of research into the "ultrabook" market before deciding on the Folio13. I wanted a powerful portable machine - not gaming power, just reliable work/media power - and I wanted it in a very light, portable package. After determining that none of the tablets on the market suited my needs I found out about the ultrabook initiative. This is one of the best laptops I've ever owned.
Excellent built quality, good battery life and portability

Summary: I've been reading a lot of reviews and comparisons between numerous models of ultrabooks before finally deciding on this one. Although not an ultrabook by Intel's standards this notebook is very portable and not a lot heavier or thicker than the Toshiba Protege Z835. I was almost about to get the Toshiba Z835 before stepping into a brick and mortar store and taking a closer look at it.
Summary: I love this laptop. Miles better than the Acer ultra book I bought and sold. the ethenet port is a huge plus. One big complain, the power adapter is HUGE, kind of defects the purpose of the "light and thin" associated with the ultra book.
