Summary: I bought this computer from a national retail store. I usually do not buy the extra warranties and stuff, but for some reason that day I felt like a tycoon and bought the extra warranty (which I was never sorry I did not buy in the past).
Summary: Terrible! It came with a virus. Even after adding anti-virus software it still has popups that appear every time I turn it on and open a new window. I regret not returning it within the 30 day window. Horrible decision.
Summary: I hate leaving one star reviews, but I have to with this because it arrived and was unable to find my wi-fi, or any wi-fi for that matter. I had to use my old computer to google the problem only to find whole forums with people having the same problem.
Summary: Keyboard is poor quality and keys stick. Finger print scanner doesn't work. Among other issues. Lesson learned to buy local rather than dealing with a remote company where service isn't convenient and requires shipping the computer back for a full credit without addressing the repair.
Summary: This is the worst computer I've bought in 30 years of computer use. I've had it a little over 6 months and the speakers have completely quit working. HP can't change out the sound card because it's part of the motherboard.
No major use but is extremely slow and hp does not offer support unless you pay more money even though it is still under warrant

Summary: In hopes of saving someone else from wasting their money, this processor is so slow and I only use it to surf the web. No major use but is extremely slow and hp does not offer support unless you pay more money even though it is still under warranty Be smart do not purchase this machine.
Summary: There's a more than a couple of problems with the laptop. I have contacted HP support but they have not been helpful. The battery drains in less than 1hr:30min on power saver mode, lowest brightness, and little to no activity. The machine takes more than 5 minutes to start up.
