Summary: I really enjoy the new HP computer. It is fast. Still getting used to the touch screen and windows 8 but I really enjoy it. Can't beat the price. I looked all over and this was the cheapest but still a good computer.
Summary: This is my first ever refurbished buy and it runs flawlessly. There are very, very minor surface scratches in 2 locations but for what I paid I'm not complaining. It's pretty thin, which I love, and looks really nice with the aluminum-esque case. I haven't used the touchscreen feature as it's of no interest to me so I can't comment on that. I do use the fingerprint scanner every time I log in though -- pretty interesting.
Summary: I really enjoy this product, but I discovered one or two flaws in it since I have gotten in it. I miss the CD/DVD drive. When using the pad, if the cursor gets too close to the right side of the screen, the start mode shows on the screen and what I am working on may be interrupted and I have to go back and bring it back up. I am having trouble with the finger print eye on the computer. It works sometimes; but other than that, I am completely satisfied with the computer.
Summary: I was surprised by the features and price. Well worth the money. I'd looked around for a couple of days and was getting pretty disappointed with the selection and price. I didn't even think to check Walmart. Glad I did. I liked it so much I ordered one for my wife too. The only down side to the whole experience was the check out. I don't know how they ever sell anything on the web.
Summary: I bought this computer to replace an old Dell Inspiron that I'd had for some 6 years. Naturally this computer is much faster and the hardware more current. Although it isn't a dedicated gaming laptop, it handles everything I throw at it like a champ. I'm not necessarily the biggest fan of Windows 8(.1), but that's another story. This computer goes from cold to ready to use in about 20 seconds.
Summary: I have only had this Envy for a week and have adapted well to it. I purchased it to take the place of an aging XP desktop. So far I have not regretted it once. I highly recommend ordering the keyboard backlight. I do a lot of evening work in lower light rooms. I am still getting used to the large touch pad. But its getting better.
Summary: My new HP is worth every penny. Packed full of punch. The machine is loaded with great technology at a great value. Ready to go out the box. I am both well pleased and impressed. Online purchase with in store pickup ROCKS. A quick text message notified me that my new HP was at the store three days sooner than I expected.
Summary: I've only had this laptop for a couple of days and I just can't put it down. As far as the laptop it self, it is just flat out awesome! It is packed with all kinds of goodies such as a back lit keyboard that has a hot key to turn it on and off. A biometric finger print scanner so you don't have to enter a password every time you boot it up. A touch screen. The list just goes on and on. The only negative is the lack of an optic drive or a bay to put it in.
