Summary: Unfortunately I received a machine , though packaged properly and sealed, with a blank hard drive in RAW. Not even formatted, so I believe this could've been a mistake, but due to the long painful process (this being my supposedly second replacement from HP) I have to admit I was extremely disappointed and upset. As a customer of many years, I have to say I will turn elsewhere for computers as HP has lost it's touch with laptop quality assurance standards.
Summary: I bought this product in amazon in april. it passed a 5 weeks since i had the opportunity to have the product in my hands in my country. and the ultrabook does not have the operative sistem charged . (!!!!) i called the support in Peru and they said to me that i have to send the product or ask for the support in USA HP. So i am in a big problem with lots of money dropped and no solution from HP as an international company.
Summary: After purchasing this laptop and spending weeks trying everything to get it to connect to the internet, I've had to accept that it is for all intents and purposes completely useless and that I now have a big, shiny, expensive paperweight. Just google "HP Envy wifi" for the litany of ways in which people unlucky enough to buy one of these try to get it to work -- generally with no luck.
Probably would like it, but WiFi never worked out of the box

Summary: First, let me just say Amazon was great about my return (except I had to pay return postage, which I'm not happy about). I thought this computer would be a great mix of portability, functionality, and usability. LOVED the idea of having the 2 year 4G data service. Problem was that the WiFi never worked from day 1. It would connect with my router if it was within 3 feet, but as soon as I moved across the room it lost the signal.
Summary: Renvoyé chez HP un mois après car l'ordinateur ne s'allumait plus ... Un mois et demis après le renvoi chez HP aucune information...Après appel ils sont incapable de me donner une information sur la panne ou le retour...Heureusement qu'Amazon assure en me renvoyant un ordinateur, mais franchement ils sont à l'âge de pierre au SAV de chez HP.
