Summary: It's a good laptop for the price. Had it for a few months now and was able to get it working perfectly with Windows 7 Ultimate, although funding all the drivers took time. The big drawback for me is the screen had a blue cast to it that makes photo editing useless, so I connect it to aneexternal...
Summary: it s a good laptop it you put it at your desk and never move it, it build like crap. mine is falling apart at the seems. the screws are coming out and every time i opened it it broke a little bit more. this thing get HOT TOO!!!!!! ITs A DESK TOP NOT A ON THE GO LAPTOp!!!
Summary: First - for a refurb, I was expecting to be able to pull off my own plastic when I opened the computer. Only a tiny strip of it was left (someone had already removed it). Next - there's a tiny separation in where the screen halves meet, not a big deal, but annoying for a full refurb.
Summary: This computer works just fine. The drawbacks are that it runs HOT so needs constant extra cooling. No sitting this on your lap as your legs will become unbearably hot. The other drawback is the #@$&%$ operating system is Windows 8.
Summary: It is good, good screen, nice sound the problems are : 1- very small arrow keys 2- it is not a gaming laptop, it gets hot very fast and it may cause you a burn 3- the graphic card is a bad choice
Windows 8 is great, but HP needs to improve product quality

Summary: It is super fast and works as a charm at first. Then some upgrades were done which disabled the finger print reading application. Now I have a finger print reader that does not work on windows login. I have searched all over the web and tried every single suggestion from HP support site.
Summary: HP delivers quality and outstanding product/client service. This is the only reason I keep on buying HP. I am a bit disappointed in the fact that I understood that this product had in internal port for a secondary HDD.
Wish I'd never signed on to WINDOWS 8 (from older HP PC's XP!); it is much too complicated

Summary: It is what I thought it would be, physically: doesn't take up the room that old HP PC did; screen is fine and workable; keyboard too sensitive, compared with old HP PC; mouse takes lot of getting used to, but should be OK; the mouse pads on the keyboard are a pain - they often interfere.
