Pros: Well, it was a really great laptop for a few weeks.
Cons: Now all I've got is a black screen and a blinking light. I realize that's an error code, I'm just surprised. I've never had a problem with a refurb computer from Newegg before. And it's too late now to get a replacement.
Summary: I have spent hours trying to get this laptop to work properly. Called Microsoft (Internet Explorer and MSN Premium techs), Verizon, and HP. Some of the time the wifi works properly, others it doesn't have enough oomph to run a video or open some sites. Extremely frustrating.
Summary: It is good, good screen, nice sound the problems are : 1- very small arrow keys 2- it is not a gaming laptop, it gets hot very fast and it may cause you a burn 3- the graphic card is a bad choice

Summary: It is missing alot of programs that were on computers in the past. New I have to buy a word program, and outlook express. This computer I bought for a senior friend I take care of and she said today it isn't very user friendly. In time she will figure it out as well I will too.
Summary: I ordered this laptop and was very impressed on the sleek, cool model. I cannot comment of the features of the programs because I'm clueless when it comes to using Window 8! I called HP about helping me get started, and I guess their representatives have not taken an in-depth course on Windows 8,...
