Summary: Not even 3 months after purchase the battery life was less than 30 minutes. Sent it in for manufacturer warranty. When I got it back, now mouse touch pad is way too sensitive. The cursor jumps while I'm typing. The left mouse button doesn't acknowledge I'm pressing the button.
Summary: This computer is bigger than I expected, it takes really long to boot up. Battery life is awful, it practically needs to stay connected to the power source. It is definiively a laptop for a desk usage, not to carry around since it is really heavy!
Worked well for awhile but the frame was so tight ...

Summary: Worked well for awhile but the frame was so tight around one of the lenses that it just popped apart while I was wearing them. They have since proven difficult to glue back together as the frame won't close at the break point due being too tight.
Summary: What a huge disappointment. This computer is the most expensive (everything's relative) laptop I've ever purchased because I wanted faster speeds, a longer lasting battery, and the larger screen. I knew I would be getting a laptop that is heavy and not easy to port from place to place.
Probably the hardware is good, but I can't be sure of that yet ...

Summary: Probably the hardware is good, but I can't be sure of that yet as after several weeks of frustration and dissatisfaction with the OS I quit using it. . It came with windows 8.1 which is basically worthless.
Summary: Hello, Just purchased this laptop. I am seeing following issues: 1. Unable to play a dvd. It asks me to upgrade to windows 8.1 Prof for $99. Can anyone recommend a dvd player for win 8.1? 2. How do I see if it is actually boosting turbo speed of 3.5?
