Summary: I chose this laptop specifically because I had used one before. The software was loaded nicely and it was plug and play. So far, it's very reliable and comfortable for me to use anywhere. I love that it's not black and it's silver. It's really light too. It doesn't have a CD/DVD drive and that takes some of the weight off. I have an external USB drive that my family uses. This is the perfect fit for me, I'd recommend it highly.
Summary: This was one of the few out there where you can upgrade the memory beyond 4 gb...16 gb! I upgraded and am ready to keep this laptop for years to come. Not to mention they sent Windows 7 (all versions) and Windows 8 for you to choose from! The scroll pad is top notch, the body is light, the monitor clear and precise. And the speed...16 gb...can I say more? Don't upgrade to 16 gb from HP, order from Crucial and put it in yourself. I saved $300!

Summary: I was assigned one of these laptops last fall at my office and I absolutely love it! It's the first laptop since my old Thinkpad of years ago that I can say that about - and it's much, much lighter. It's a very solid build and, while I've only the i-5, it's plenty powerful for any day to day work I do. Not the loudest speakers but, that's the case with most business laptops.
