Good refurbisher. Decent laptop, but too noisy for an SSD system.

Summary: I got this to replace an older HP Folio 13 that I had and loved. It was pretty much the perfect little laptop.
Pros: HP Laptop Elitebook Folio 9470m i7 2.10 GHz 240 SSD, refurbished by Joy Systems.
Cons: 1. My single biggest disappointment with this laptop is the noise it makes. It emits an irritating high-pitched whine. It's not super loud, but it's a persistent, tinnitus-esque sound. The Folio 13 I replaced was far less grating.

Pros: This laptop is awesome. I have purchased SEVERAL of them for family and friends and they are real workhorses. This is probably one of the best product lines HP has going. Cons: A new one and a good warranty are sometimes worth the price ... but you would have to judge for yourself if that is worth another $500+. You can buy laptop with an i5 brand new elsewhere on Newegg's site for upward of $2,000.
Pros: I like the size of the laptop. The keyboard lights up which I didn't expect.
Cons: The driver for the touchpad was not installed and not readily available. I had to make some calls to the company that actually refurbished the computer. They sent me a link that I was able to do what I had to do.
Summary: Based on my experience I recommend not purchasing this product. Very disappointing experience - I have had several positive Newegg experiences, so I'm willing to give the company the benefit of the doubt on customer service, but at this point it's a very unsatisfying purchase.
Pros: Product looks lightly used - minor, light scuffs, about what I expect from a refurbished product. The OS is loaded, setup is easy.
Cons: Left mouse button doesn't work, product wobbles like table with a leg that's too short. Apparently this product hasn't undergone a meaningful quality assurance review - the wobbling alone should have been enough to keep it from being sold, but when you combine that with the fact that one of the m...
