Summary: I was very frustrated, and Newegg sent me a UPS prepaid shipping label to send it back. I received another laptop in it's place, and that one was broken, too. I am now, patiently, awaiting my refund. I won't order from Newegg again.
Pros: It was pretty.
Cons: This was the first refurbished laptop I received. It was recommend to me from a tech-savvy friend who ordered the same computer for his daughter, and had no problems with it. I had nothing BUT problems with it. Mostly that windows would shut down at random. At one point, it did it 10 times in 4 m...
Summary: Power cord did not work. Tried to contact Joy Systems, the refurbisher I was directed to contact for problems, by phone but no answer. Sent an email but got no response. Waited until the next week, was on hold for over an hour with Joy, then was told I'd be emailed a FedEx label to return the cord.
Summary: My company took away our Dells and saddled..er provided these problem children. While it looks sharp - there are many hardware issues, mostly with I/O (Esata, USB 2 & 3) SD card. Constant crashes and BSOD's. It won't boot with many USB dongles, printers, etc. jacked in (applies to the dock, also).

Summary: I email amazon today the issues with the laptop was having problem with two USB port on the right side not working. Also the speaker on the left side was not working and there was no Webcam install in the laptop. I had to reinstall the OS and driver and now the USB ports and speaker are working now.
