Summary: Never buy any Asus machine! I made the mistake of buying two. Both broke down within the (worldwide) warranty. It took them over one month to repair the first one. The second one is now with them for four months already. Nothing happens.

Summary: This laptop is too slow to be useful. It is cheap for a reason. It is underpowered and labours trying to run Windows 8 which is just a horrible horrible operating system. Nothing works as you would expect it to if you have used previous Windows versions. Managing files is very awkward.

Summary: The Asus X102B 10.1-inch Touchscreen Laptop (Black) arrived damaged. It also came without Bluetooth. It's a pity I was in a rush between conferences needing a netbook as soon as possible, and not able to send back the damaged ASUS. Anyway, damage is damage. I paid for that.
Summary: They downloaded a lot of junk I don't want, I had no control. It contained 1750 malware, I had to download Malwarebytes to clean it up - winzip didn't work. it's erratic and suddenly does things to "help" that I don't want it to do and often won't do what i do want to do.
