Summary: it came with a few problems. -the earphone port is not working. -the computer turn off for now reason and couldn't turn on anymore. there is power going through but the screen is black, while the CAPS lock and NUM lock lights blinking. -touch pad works for a few minutes and then stop working.
Summary: I have avoided HP computers for years after a couple back to back bad computers, thought I'd give them a try again, definitely a mistake I will never make again.
Pros: Good overall specs, came with SSD (try advertising that please, wasted $60 as the spec sheet makes it look like a standard HD)

Summary: I am giving this rating due to some of the keys on the keyboard sticky and gummed up. I will have to pay for someone to professiolly clean the laptop before it is functional. Definatly not "Very Good -Like New" condition ss advertised from seller.
