Summary: I bought this 2 years ago at frys for $260. It's been great and super functional for my purposes. 98% I use it for web surfing and email. I don't do any gaming. I don't know what some of these some of these negative (1&2 star) reviews are about, maybe they got a bad one, happens with all manufactures. The reviewer that said the keys were hard to read must have been blind, the font takes up 1/3+ of the key, makes me wonder what his motive was.
Summary: I got this computer when I was entering 6th grade. My father and I have always been into computers and although I hadn't known it at the time, he was looking out for me by purchasing this for me on my birthday. I've been on this computer for school work, games, fiddling with computer things. Everything worked. From Sims 3 games to ten page essays this laptop has been fantastic. I've protected it with Norton, and and I pamper my computers.
Summary: A few more perks, nice big screen (15"), the touchpad has a nice design even if there is no boundaries. Keys are strong and don't break easy. Very bright screen but can also be very dim, depending on what you want. It was built to conform to whatever way you want it. Internet connection is very good, if there ever is a problem, it's the internet itself, not the laptop. Starting battery life is good, but after about 2 years, it gets pretty weak.
Pros: Everyone else said this, but design is dope. Love it and the slots and ports are plenty and well placed., Fast and powerful, not a Mac, but still very powerful, good for video editing as well as audio editing. Can have heavy load at top speed.
Cons: Heat, but that fixes it self. (I put it on my right leg on the right side of the laptop, no fans there.) More in the Summary..., It can be moody. It does everything in the Pro section when it wants to. Partly my fault though. More in the summary...
Summary: well i bought this laptop without reading the reviews. and it was sold to me under the impression it had a dual-core processor and 3gb ram. well come to find out after realizing it was way slower than a dual-core 3gb should be i began reading the system info. com to find out it is a single core 2.4 amd processor the v160. but i am alos confused by the review here in cnet that says it doesnt have any upto date stuff.
Pros: good graphics, decent performance, good quality build.
Cons: was sold under false pretents of performance, see below
Summary: In general this laptop gets things done at a basic rate. The start up time is quite fast, and the internet connects great anywhere in the house. As long as the computer is not used for heavy duty work requiring multiple programs running at once, anyone would love this computer. It also has a great webcam and a easy to use keyboard. I do not like the mouse-pad though so I had to get a wireless mouse. It just isn't comfortable to use like other laptops.

Summary: I bought this product because the price was right but it had three issues that would have cost me $200 to fix to be able to use it. I feel that this should have been revealed before hand otherwise I would not have had to send it back.
