Summary: Hand me down from my dad, he upgraded RAM to 4 gb. Now down to 2.91 GB of RAM because ive used it all. Runs just as fast as my moms dell i5 ultrabook, boots up slow. I wouldn't pay 400 dollars for it, though. I am tech-savvy, so I update it often. Like the keyboard, but its not mobile. AT ALL! It weighs about 6lbs, if youre wanting a mobile "notebook", buy a chromebook. But otherwise, fast, not so reliable, has crashed and froze before.
Summary: This product was a replacement for a CQ60-210 owned previously. For the price this is an excellent laptop. It has a reasonably fast processor and operates well in the Windows Vista operating system. My only complaint was that the previous unit crashed for no appearent reason and was not able to be repaired. I had only owned the unit for three years.
Summary: This laptop is functional and does what is needed. It is definitely NOT for any gamer--the processor and memory don't allow for much speed. It also heats up rather quickly--get a laptop cooling rack if needed.
Summary: This review is probably irrelevant as I doubt anyone will buy this computer in late 2012, but... I bought one of these in August of 2010 from my local Best Buy, it replaced both an ancient (ca. 1998) Compaq Armada (1300 or 1600, I forget) and a Dell Optiplex GX240 (also quite old, desktop now running a Minecraft server). Until July of 2012 it was my primary computer.
