Summary: Some people may find the cons mentioned above to be deal breakers, but after receiving $65 off of the cheapest laptop i could find, I didn't mind shelling out a few extra bucks for batteries and pointer caps to get it to the level that i desire.
Summary: This is an extremely decent laptop. I upgraded the memory to 4 GB on mine and put in a larger hard drive, but even without those upgrades, this is still a good computer. For do-it-yourselfers, this is an easy laptop to tinker with, because all of the good stuff is easily accessed by removing panels on the underside of the laptop, without having to take the machine completely apart.
Summary: I ordered this and the first one arrived with a broken screen. I returned it and the second one I received took 2 days to fix the 132 security holes, then it crashed on me. Also it was supposed to have Intel Centrino but it was disabled with no clue as to how to enable it. I am very disappointed in this computer and the refurb. company.
Pros: Business Computer made 100% better than home computers. Most wires and cables double shielded, Hardened case, works great. Off Lease computers can be in bad shape but this one seems to have stayed on the shelve and unused. No wear on the keyboard or palm rest.
Summary: This isn't a refurbished laptop, it's a used one. And someone used the heck out of it.
Pros: It doesn't come with Windows 8
Cons: It looks like this laptop has been used for 10 years in an enterprise setting. There's years worth of dirt caked solid in the cracks that lay between the laptop's components and in the spaces between the keyboard's keys. There is a silky smooth hole worn out in the middle of the mouse trackpad by some other human's dirty fingers. The whole thing felt greasy, and I felt compelled to wash my hands after handling it for 3 minutes.
Great product and very fast delivery. A very satified customer.

Summary: Great little laptop with a fairly good size screen. I purchased this mainly for playing on line games. It seems to be just fine for gaming. I had my 15 year old nephew come over to check it out. It worked well with his game. I have never purchased a new laptop or tablet when you can get one from ebay. I look for the "buy it now" option with free shipping for under $150. This little beauty is what I got.
Summary: Of the 5 machines I have now worked on, (2 personal, 3 at work) three were "perfect" right out of the box. The 4'th had minimal issues with Windows Activation, and a "dead" WiFi. The 3'rd, Windows Activation failed. The first 3 machines were identical, with a nice "brushed nickel" style top cover finish. #4 was a silvery plastic, and #5 was black.
Pros: This is an update to my previous review:
Cons: So far, the 2'nd of 3 units purchased by my boss, powered-up with a "dead" WiFi. I will have to investigate further. Machine #3, Windows activation failed, had to call MS on phone.
