It runs Android™ operating system based on Linux kernel and is powered by a 600MHz ARM® Cortex™ A8 processor. It also features a 256MB DDR memory, 8GB on-board Flash + microSD card expansion, a 3.5” 800 x 480 WVGA sunlight readable display with glove-friendly touch screen, GPS ith fully integrated high sensitivity SIRF Star III GPS, high gain quadrafilar-helix antenna, and auto load moving map with pan/zoom. The General Dynamics Itronix GB300 is powered by a 1550 mAH single cell Lithium Ion battery that provides users with up to 8 hours of usage time. The notebook is tested to MIL-STD 810G and IP54 standards. It features inputs and outputs such as Mini-USB 2.0, expansion docking connector, Wrist Mount Radio Interface Kit (RIK), and comes with four programmable radio control buttons and radio interface cabling system.

The General Dynamics Itronix GD300 is a rugged notebook that combines both commercial global positioning and communications technology with battlefield-rugged computing. The notebook is both an arm- or chest-worn computer that weighs less than 8 ounces and operates like a GPS unit. With the click of cable, the notebook features interfaces with tactical radios for secure access to the tactical network. The Android™-based operating system accommodates current and emerging applications. It also features GPS for signal acquisition where it is needed most, is fully ruggedized for the harshest environments and is compatible with tactical and commercial radios via a simple cable connection.
