Summary: I love my Gateway. I have had MANY Laptops & this is by far my best Laptop..FAST no freezing no pop ups the anti virus that came with it new has worked Perfectly. Would not trade it for anything. I travel all over I see people on there laptops. While they are waiting to download something mine has already done it & were moving on..
Summary: Great laptop for the money. It's pretty fast, boots quickly. Handles all of the programs I have installed. The only things I don't like is Windows 8, it doesn't have a caps lock indicator and the speakers aren't very loud. I actually have two of these, one I loaded Windows 7 on and it runs flawlessly.
Summary: This is a real good laptop. The only issue I have is that sometimes when the laptop is on battery power, the laptop will suddenly shut off completely. Then I will have to hit the power button to start it up again. I also occasionally will get the dreaded "blue screen" while uploading data to my external hard drive. But for the brand and the price, I didn't expect the world's best computer from the get-go.
Yes it can game okay, no it's not going to be like a GTX 980.

Summary: Okay, unlike some of the other reviews i've been seeing, this one will be covering it from a gaming perspective: So i've been using this laptop for about a month now and there are good arguments to buy this for gaming and arguments saying not to. PROS: - It WILL play a good amount of casual games as well as a few above casual.
