  • Conclusion: One of our game-simulation benchmarks -- AquaMark3 -- crashed, but every other program we tried ran like clockwork, and fast clockwork at that. Helped by 1GB of DDR-2/400 memory (add $300 for 2GB) and a 60GB, 7,200-rpm Hitachi hard disk, the Gateway racked up a BAPCo SysMark 2004 score of 150 (Internet Content Creation 186, Office Productivity 121). Its Futuremark PCMark04 rating was 4,307 (CPU 4,154; memory 3,472; hard disk 3,439; graphics 3,652).
