Overpriced, underpowered, screen resolution is low, trackpad is terrible, keyboard is abysmal.

Summary: I bought one of these as for business use. I needed something with a bit of performance but relatively lightweight for travel. As it had an i5 CPU and an SSD I thought this would be ideal. Within a day of it arriving, I sent it back for a refund. Firstly, the performance is lacklustre at best. Considering it has an i5 and an SSD drive, the amount of time it spent doing absolutely nothing while thrashing the disk light was unacceptable.
"very bad servcie and attitude if your notebook failues"

Summary: I am resller and sold one of U772 to my client. There is faulty of SSD disk. Fujitsu servcie department repair 4 times with 4 engineers. In the end, they give up. There is no logic for their service department doing. 1st engineer brings wrong parts. 2nd engineer doesn't know how to open the notebook to replace mainboard. In front of my client, he starts read/study manual and try to open it. After new main board in place, SSD disk error gone.
Pros: if notebook is work
Cons: if notebook is faulty, you will expect 2 months waiting service and may pay for data transfer even your hard disk/software is good. All they will do to replace whole system
