Summary: I was initially pleased with this computer for the price - it's nothing fancy but worked great for my purposes (writing and web browsing mainly). The first problem caused when it crashed a couple of months after I bought it and needed to be restored from recovery disk - not sure if this was a problem with Windows 8 or the computer. Now just 14 months after buying it (2 months out of warranty) the chipset has become faulty and it would cost over 150 pounds to replace.
Summary: It works wonderfully, being a complete self taught novice it took me a while to sort out what did what, and where things were. Still playing around and finding new things in it. Thoroughly enjoying it.
Summary: Really good laptop, windows 8 was a bit difficult to get use too but it is perfect now. Windows 8.1 updates makes things run a little smoother. The laptop battery life is really good. Screen quality is really good. Connects to online services well. Sometimes freezes when running programs but that could be the applications I am using or having too many open. Overall very good value for money, good quality laptop. USB charging is a handy feature too!
Summary: I was drawn to this product by the pentimento processor but the poor windows 8 takes the gloss off it.I find it difficult to use very slow and not a success I wish I could turn the clock back.

Other annoying thing is a beeping coming from the laptop from time to time. I could not understand what it is. May be the mouse pointer and I was not able to stop it. The other thing that I do not like is that you have to insert your password every time you start the computer.
Summary: Please be aware that many of these were sent out by Fujitsu with batteries in sleep mode. I returned one laptop to the shop thinking it was faulty. It would not charge up and only run off the charger . When the replacement laptop was the same I rang the support line. They explained that many of these were sent out in error with whats known as sleeping batteries.
Summary: Won't say a lot as i'm no computer buff, but this generally seems a good enough laptop for home use, nice big screen, could do with one of them slidey things at the edge of the mouse to move the screen up and down, but overall fine. HOWEVER, if you have never had experience of windows 8, and like me have limited capability to replace it with the supplied windows 7 disc, you may well be extremely disappointed/annoyed/frustrated/bitter/dumb struck or many, many other...
