Summary: Horribly defective. I bought this brand new and it has been a nightmare. For example: 1. It is horrible at connecting to wifi. You always have to restart the computer or disconnect and reconnect to get it to work. 2. Touch screen works about half the time. 3.
Summary: I've had literally dozens of latops previously, including Dells I was happy with. This laptop has a great feature set, is fast, responsive, great screen resolution, etc. HOWEVER, it had wireless issues (which I understand now from forums that his is common).
Like it, but wouldn't buy another dell product again.

Summary: In the past six months I have bought and tested the Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga (2013 and 2014 models), the MacBook Pro (2014 fully loaded), the Dell XPS 15 (Fully Loaded) and the New Dell XPS 13 (revered in CES this year as best computer in life-EVER).
If you like gambling try to buy this laptop and you will ...

Summary: I bought it about a month ago. It already had issue with boot up, speaker, and battery. I sent my laptop to dell repair center because there is one year warranty. They said it will take about 14 days, and luckily I have a another laptop to use meanwhile.
Well... It was a good concept just not a great execution.

Summary: After spending hours upon hours looking at reviews from this laptop & the yoga 2 pro from lenovo I decided with this one. I originally bought this to replace to my macbook pro that I hate. I thought that the flip screen tablet mode was so cool on this laptop with the rotation ips display.
Great concept, awful quality control on Dell's part

Summary: I liked the concept. Hated the poor quality control. Went through two of them before I decided enough was enough (they both had the weird screen burn in issue). I went through two XPS 11s before the 12s. Four defective Dell laptops in 5 weeks? Yeah no. I moved on to ASUS and never looked back.
Is it Windows or Dell? One of them is a complete failure!

Summary: This product is absolutely terrible. Maybe it is just the operating system I can't get everything working together long enough to figure it out. I worked for about a day. After that it started doing updates and it did updates probably 5 times in the next week.
Summary: Within less than two months, our Dell XPS 12 has required two major replacements (hard drive and motherboard) and we have encountered difficulties with the technical support process. A more detailed account follows. We purchased a Dell XPS 12 in early June.
