  • Summary: Sorry I purchased this! Dell does not stand behind their products. The touchpad/cursor jumps all over the place and opens windows randomly. After spending many many hours on the phone with Dell, reloading drivers and resetting to factory - still no improvement.

  • Summary: After few months of receiving this computer I started to have problems with the software. I tried to use "dell support service" but apparently the service tag was not registered, so I couldn't use that service and Dell couldn't help me.

  • Summary: This machine overheats and slows down to a crawl several times a day, becoming unusable. It has to be shut down and allowed to cool off, then restarted, Very inconvenient. Also, if you're thinking about buying it for dual use as a notebook and a tablet, it's too heavy for extended use for the latter...

This computer works just fine as a desktop

  • Summary: I got a dud. Computer loses battery with the lid closed after being powered off. Might be a defective USB port as well, tough to pinpoint what is causing the battery drain. The seller, BUYCOM, also activated this device in Dells system so the warranty was active even before I purchased the device.
