worst laptop i've ever had

  • Summary: Never mind that Windows 8 is a pain to get used to this ultrabook is unreliable. it goes to sleep and then you spend ten minutes trying to get it to just respond/wake/restart.
  • Pros: when it runs it's fast
  • Cons: half the time it doesn't respond to power button, opening of lid or keyboard after sleep

Product is not robust past one year

  • Summary: Product worked great up until 1 year and 2 months and the screen completely died. Seems like there are others with a similar issue. Latest got screen working after opening it and tightening the connections. Now 1.5 years after purchasing appears hard drive issues since computer will not boot.

Worst Computer I've Owned

  • Summary: Sorry I purchased this! Dell does not stand behind their products. The touchpad/cursor jumps all over the place and opens windows randomly. After spending many many hours on the phone with Dell, reloading drivers and resetting to factory - still no improvement.

  • Summary: After few months of receiving this computer I started to have problems with the software. I tried to use "dell support service" but apparently the service tag was not registered, so I couldn't use that service and Dell couldn't help me.
