Excerpt: So I've been a Dell customer for so many years and have used the Latitude series of laptops for the longest time. However, I think Dell is not making some of these laptops as durable as they should be nowadays. My cousin got this laptop last year and we're already had to have Dell come out and replace the left hinge which broke off completely. Excerpt: "Like any other Dell product I have ever owned (god knows why I continue to puchase from them) this laptop has broken several times since it's purchase in January 2009. Pros: Great specs
Cons: It's a Dell, it has broken 6 times in 8 months
Summary: Not for the faint hearted. I owned one of these babies for around 28 days before sending it back due to a number of reason. Pros: Large screen, backlite keys, dual hard drives for loads of storage
Cons: Big, Heavy, poor battery life, not capable of supporting the games it boasts and bad tech support
