Excerpt: I got my laptop for Xmas in 2007 and in less than a year my hard drive went. Dell were very good and sent me a new hard drive but of course had to re load everything. Then just last week I opened up to find a totally white screen and to find out the motherboard had gone. As its now out of warranty, but less than 2years old, and the cost was almost £900 - I'm not impressed. This is seemingly a problem that Dell know about??
Excerpt: I needed a laptop which was quite small & light so I could carry it around easily but also at the same fully specked & able to carry out a number of incentive tasks at once, on paper the XPS M1330 ticked all the boxes. When I received it and opened the box, this laptop looked beautiful and was very thin & light too. It runs speedly and you can have a number of applications open and working at once bescause of the large amount of RAM contained on board.
Excerpt: Excellent laptop to start with, developed a few problems after a few weeks. The design is second to none with high quality materials but the laptop seems to overheat quite a bit with the fan not working as often as I would like. However Dell's service is second to none - I called one day and a new power charger was delivered the next without any questions asked. Top service!

Excerpt: Since, Dell is one of the prominent computer related company in UK, so normal people usually goes for brand name, rather than original content it. Anyway, XPS is launched by DELL as to facilitate the gamers, with stylish outlook and higher ability to multitasking. Anyway, since XPS 1330 is everything you need to play standard games, only problem I found is the screen is bit smaller for gamers.

Summary: I've also had to have a motherboard replaced after 8 months use. But, Dell did an on-site replacement within 24 hours. This far better service than I've had from Toshiba, IBM or HP. I've also had heaps of follow up calls from Dell to make sure I was happy.
Pros: Good support.
Cons: Would have been nice not to have the problem in the first place.
Summary: J'ai commandé ce produit il y a quelques mois et j'en suis très satisfait. D'abord, le poids et la bonne autonomie du portable font qu'il est bien pratique en déplacement. Ensuite, tout dépend de la configuration choisie lors de la commande mais en ce qui me concerne, la capacité du disque est excellente.
