Summary: Purchased XPS1330 when 1st released (5-6 yrs ago). This laptop is a complete bust. Spent $2000 to trust in Dell name, sleek design and light weight. Thrilled with purchase for about 5 months and from there a nightmare. First crashed and told by Dell sound card an issue.

Summary: in early 2008 we purchased two XPS M1330 refurbished laptops directly from Dell. Core 2 Duo, 2GB Ram, Windows Vista Ultimate, Mobile Intel 965 Chipset. We have had no mechanical problems at all. Both computers function perfectly.

Got a replacement device and the same issue, dell will only replace one then after that you are playing the shipping game and mailing defective devices back and forth.
