Summary: I love this Laptop!! I cant imagine that a perfection is in the earth. This laptops combines the really simple use with Windows 7 and the great perfomance with programs. Not only with games, also with AUTOCAD and others Arquitecture's Program.
Summary: I ordered this directly form Dell when it first came out. I do like this laptop for regular use and even gaming. I love the size of the screen, though, i have had problems where there would be a "ghost touch" (I have the touch screen version). There would be random "touches" even after dell replaced the screen under extended warranty but it still continues so i disabled this function.
Summary: All I can say is I am not a geek. I just like to get it right the 1st time and do it all over again when the time comes. You get what you pay for. It indeed was pricey, however pricey lasts longer than going cheap! If you get this machine, please get it with the i7 with all the bells and whistles! That is the best option for your money. This machine has been a joy to drive just like my BMW X5 has been for years, if you now what I mean.
Its a pretty nice laptop other than the problems it may hold in the future

Summary: When I got this laptop it was perfect, it had great durability. My favorite part WAS the touch-screen. After a few months went by the touch-screen started to go at its own pace. Then after a week the touch-screen was terrible. The touch-screen cursor would just shoot up in the corner and just keep clicking when I wasn't even touching it.
Summary: I've had this laptop for about two or three years. Here are my thoughts: The CONS: 1. At nearly 12 lbs, this laptop is heavy. Not the kind of laptop you're going to be able to take with you or be on the move with. 2. It's thick. The battery is massive and tilts the laptop on an angle. Some people may not like this (I don't). 4. CD tray is unnecessary these days. I wish I had been given the option to remove it. I don't think I've used it a single time.
Summary: I don't know what some of these people who are saying the hardware and the build quality is poor are talking about. I have two of these computers and both of them are still running fast and smooth and I have never had to replace any parts on either of them. They are the most reliable computers I have ever had.

Summary: Since the Blu-ray combo was not included, I had purchase a Blu-ray disc drive, the software, and installation after I received the computer. This product has had endless technical issues, and just recently has stopped working completely.
Dell computers are not the wonderful buys they used to be

Summary: I bought this computer in 2011 and have had nothing but trouble with it. Almost every piece of it has been replaced at least once. I have had three keyboards, and I still have trouble with typing. I have had to reformat the hard drive three times, because Dell techs couldn't figure out what was wrong. I decided recently that I wanted to upgrade the hard drive from 500gb to 750gb, and I thought I would be getting a faster hard drive.
