Summary: I am very unimpressed with Dell. Aside from the nightmare of just getting a laptop ordered the quality of the equipment is simply unacceptable. In mid December I received a top of the line XPS 15 w/16Gb of RAM and a 1Tb Pcie SSD.
Summary: Go elsewhere for a high-end laptop. I'll never buy DELL again after my experience.
Pros: I got the laptop for $500, and for the price is acceptable.
Cons: First product came with a faulty track pad. Shipped in for repair and it came back worse than when shipped. Then fought for a new replacement. Finally received a replacement to find new issues. The OS was improperly installed (Dell provided a backup USB for me to fresh install). The trackpad is s...

Summary: Do not buy this laptop as it does not like to wake up from sleep mode. Sometimes it doesn't even turn on. It's very unpredictable and it's a known problem on dell's support website. Used it for 2 weeks and returning it now because I don't want it to get worst.
Summary: Do not buy this laptop as there are known problems with it failing to wake up from sleep or hibernate mode. Check dell support forums to see all the problems. Used it for 2 weeks and it failed to turn on sometimes.

Summary: This is the most over expensive laptop I have ever seen. It's worth less than $800 and doesn't even function as a "powerful computer" that gamers look for. This thing would need the latest i7, at least a 900 series gaming graphics card and a 4k resolution with a 17 inch screen.
Summary: Buyers Beware. Like other I've had numerous issues with this laptop. Dell sent out a technician twice replaced several parts, and I still have daily Coil Whine. Seems like many others are also plagued with the issue.

Summary: This is Stupid! It is the single worst computer I have owned, I've gone through 2 of these in the past week. The first I received through Microsoft, It had multiple dead pixels and performed terribly with every picture editing program I tried using.
Summary: First of all, it's sold as a 32GB SSD with 1TB standard drive. In fact, what it comes with is an 8GB SSD / 1TB drive combo. False advertising. Secondly, the lid didn't close on both sides. Either the hinges were bent or the actual lid was bent.
Summary: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! So where shall I start? Let me give you a small background to the problem. I bought a Dell XPS 15z laptop in India in December 2011 with 3 year warranty and accidental cover. I had everything to protect my computer whatever be the case.
