Horrible Refurb Product.

  • Summary: This Product I bought back in April and Never used more than a half hour until July during a summer class. The product Blue Screens after 4 or more programs are opened. will not start up after falling into sleep mode. has to be force shut down then started back up. I had 3 other Dells and never had a problem till two were stolen now I am trying to make this a primary machine but fails to operate as a fully functioning device.

I am disappointed with it

  • Summary: I am disappointed with it. - it is quiet heavy comparing to other ultrabook. - the touch pad does not run smoothly, and difficult to press right click. - the quality of display is bad comparing to other laptop, especially when playing videos. I must return it after a week. Then the seller (Bestdeal Tech) charge me 20% restocking fee. It is really bad to me. However, I think it is worth for me to return it and get another labtop.

Failure to reboot, return it, and getting a Mac after refund.

  • Summary: Words would fail to explain how many trouble I have gone through after getting this new XPS 14 once and replacing it once. Every time there seems to be a different problem, first time blue screen and second failure to reboot after shutting down. Consumers patience is a luxury and Dell has obviously taken it for granted. Even though I called customer service and the problem seemed fixed initially resolved, it happened again literally in 3 hours.

Wireless doesn t work properly

  • Summary: I ve been very dispointing by the wireless capability of this PC. I should have read the review , I am experiencing trouble with the wireless card ( hard to make it work more than 10 feet away from the router, very unstable, create instability on the network even for other users)... I called dell 3 times already they finally send someone to change the wireless card, the technician came, but without the card... he has to come back again...
