Summary: I used to be a big fan of Dell. It sounds funny saying it now. But the reason I was, was because I got my first Dell laptop in 2004. 10 years later that laptop still works. 10 years later that laptop has never needed a single part replaced despite being very heavily used for work and school for that time. The reason I got the XPS (a slightly more pimped out version than this specific one in the listing) is because after 10 years the laptop was very slow, but it worked!
Summary: Bought it as a replacement battery for my dell xps 14 from the seller named Sun Tek.the instruction was to charge it three times for 10 hours in order to activate the battery.i did the same but the battery drains very fast and doesnt charge more than 86%..wtf...I am really upset with this purchase and would recommend to buy the battery only from dell.i will never ever buy another battery from this site anymore...

Summary: I am super disappointed with this product. As it turns out there s a factory problem with the wireless. I dont reccommend this product to anyone. I am now stuck with the problem of having to return this. The laptop itself is decent although slightly bulky and heavy. It has an issue with the trackpad that i was able to resolve but the wireless makes it impossible to use. It disconnects itself every thirty seconds more or less. Do not buy this computer.

Summary: I bought an XPS 14 in March 2014 from COSTCO. It is intended to be a mobile device completely dependent on wifi, but it does not receive wifi when mobile only when at my house and only best in the room with the modem and even then it is slow. Dell said they would have to reinstall the operating system but sent me the wrong materials twice then said they would send an onsight tech then said no I would have to send the device to them (7 to 10 days) for repair even though I...

Summary: I bough this from the seller "Dealz4less / closeouts4sale." It turned out to be a scam as the battery was at 93% capacity and was clearly USED, even though the seller charged me full price. After a week, the capacity went down all the way to 80%. Buyers be aware! AVOID THIS SELLER and buy directly from dell, if possible.
it took me a lot of time and I still can't use it.

I check on internet and found a lot of consumer complain the killer network adapter. so I tried to bought another intel half-high wireless network adapter. but. same issues. Total Lemon! Defective Machine Masquerading as Good Laptop

Summary: Made the decision to purchase this laptop due to the fact that it seemed like a deal too good to be true. Well, it was. It's practically impossible to find this much power in a 14 inch laptop at such a low price. As far as being a powerful system, it certainly delivered. For example, Dell put the operating system on a solid state drive, meaning boot times are very quick.
