Summary: Ordered this computer in April and it was buggy from the beginning. Within two weeks of its arrival we turned it on one morning and received a "no boot disk" message. Concierge service says its a bad hard drive. We take the computer back… 3 months later we decide to try again… order the same computer. Have it two days and get the same "no boot disk" message. This computer is a giant pile of junk. Don't waste your time/money.

Summary: Laptop actually is good, appearance, packaging, also performance. but wireless adapter is really bad. it can't find my wireless network. I bought another one and borrow one from my friend. it still can't always connect to the wireless. always dropped each several minutes. I check on internet and found a lot of consumer complain the killer network adapter. so I tried to bought another intel half-high wireless network adapter. but. same issues. Now, i got a piece of s***.
Summary: Refused to boot up. Do not understand why Costco is still selling this defective unit. The 3 star rating is misleading and due to OLD higher ratings from an obviously different lot of computers manufactured without this problem. Read the recent reviews and STAY AWAY!!!
Faulty Windows Software and lousy customer service

Summary: Purchased the earlier version of this laptop. Have had problems with the Windows software twice. Dell customer service is worthless, and Microsoft service is the same, some software features stopped working after 1 1/2 years and they do not adequately support it's product with downloads. Advised Costco Concierge that these vendors are selling faulty products that don't last (fraudulent products is a more appropriate description here.
Summary: Please don't get deceived by the looks of this ultrabook.. First two days the laptop blazed up in speed and booted in few seconds but on third day it failed to even bootup because of media failure. Luckily Costco covered me up by accepting this brick and returning back my money 100%.
Pros: sleek and looks great
Cons: poor quality hardware. failed to boot up on third day of use

Summary: Made the decision to purchase this laptop due to the fact that it seemed like a deal too good to be true. Well, it was. It's practically impossible to find this much power in a 14 inch laptop at such a low price. As far as being a powerful system, it certainly delivered. For example, Dell put the operating system on a solid state drive, meaning boot times are very quick.
Summary: Received from Costco.com on May 8, 2014. Refused to boot up on May 10, 2014. Costco Concierge service was great and stayed with me on the phone with Dell. Dell technical support dropped the ball from there. Returning to Costco on May 14, 2014. Glad to be rid of this brick before I invested a lot of time loading data onto it.
