Summary: Bought it as a replacement battery for my dell xps 14 from the seller named Sun Tek.the instruction was to charge it three times for 10 hours in order to activate the battery.i did the same but the battery drains very fast and doesnt charge more than 86%..wtf...I am really upset with this purchase and would recommend to buy the battery only from dell.i will never ever buy another battery from this site anymore...
Summary: Bought this laptop to replace a two year old XPS 15 that gave up after 2 years. Liked the smaller 14" format. First problem was fairly simple to resolve with the help of the Costco Concierge; updated drivers resolved poor touchpad performance. Second problem, unable to consistently connect and stay connected to wifi resulted in parts being shipped from Dell and replacement by a local tech.
Summary: Same problems as everyone else. First, the wifi range is definitely worse than my much older and cheaper lenovo. Second, within 2 weeks the computer slows down dramatically and then has a hard drive failure, forcing me to do a factory reset. And then another factory reset the next day. Its not worth the time to buy this. You might get one without these flaws, but its a huge time consumer trying to solve these issues. Assuming they can fix them at all.
Do not buy. Factory Fault with Wireless Adaptor Makes it Impossible To Use.

Summary: I am super disappointed with this product. As it turns out there s a factory problem with the wireless. I dont reccommend this product to anyone. I am now stuck with the problem of having to return this. The laptop itself is decent although slightly bulky and heavy. It has an issue with the trackpad that i was able to resolve but the wireless makes it impossible to use. It disconnects itself every thirty seconds more or less. Do not buy this computer.
Summary: Broke in two weeks, with no boo disk found, read few reviews afterwards and returned. Just copying the most useful review from another user, I experienced the same. I had few XPSs before but this one was surprisingly bad. XPS s are greate I guess the price speaks for the quality for this one, I m gonna try HPs. "Ordered this computer in April and it was buggy from the beginning.
Summary: I bought this laptop for my daughter as a present, useful for college. This has turned into nightmare with wireless data card not working beyond 15 feet. Dell engineers started working on this by first replacing WLAN card, later Motherboard and then the LCD screen (it has antenna). Nothing worked and one fine day OS crashed and couldn't update even thru image in the SSD chip. The system went to Dell houston office but still problem persisted.

Summary: I bough this from the seller "Dealz4less / closeouts4sale." It turned out to be a scam as the battery was at 93% capacity and was clearly USED, even though the seller charged me full price. After a week, the capacity went down all the way to 80%. Buyers be aware! AVOID THIS SELLER and buy directly from dell, if possible.
Summary: Ordered this computer in April and it was buggy from the beginning. Within two weeks of its arrival we turned it on one morning and received a "no boot disk" message. Concierge service says its a bad hard drive. We take the computer back… 3 months later we decide to try again… order the same computer. Have it two days and get the same "no boot disk" message. This computer is a giant pile of junk. Don't waste your time/money.
