Summary: I purchased this computer (Latitude E6540) through Amazon's vendor "Computer Upgrade King." The order was fulfilled by Amazon. It was not advertised as being a refurbished model, but it had previously been returned to Dell according to their phone support (determined by the Service Tag). The wireless card in my computer was not the original and did not support Bluetooth. I am returning the computer to Amazon.
Summary: I was about to add this laptop to my cart and check out until I decided to check the technical specs before purchase and I noticed that the laptop model stated in the product's title and the model specified in the technical specifications are completely different. The title has this item's model to be E6540 but the technical spec has the model as E6530. This is soooo not right. What model will I receive if I pay my hard earned cash for this product?
A Small Annoyance that Makes Me Despise This Machine....but I need to get perspective

Summary: Every day I turn my E6540 on at work and then start to type an email or something. Half way through I realise the touchpad has spotted a thumb floating dangerously close and decides to accept that as a requirement to move the mouse across the screen. So every day I have to go into the point device app and turn it off.
