Summary: Not as described. I received a Latitude E6410 (older, no backlit keyboard) with a malfunctioning 250gb hard drive. Seller was kind enough to refund some money per my request for the the hard drive replacement (hence 3 stars).
Summary: Great transaction, laptop came delivered as described, less one small component. I had to immediately replace the battery, which I expected. It's a Latitude so it is built to withstand punishment, the case, keyboard, palm rest were all in very good shape. I upgraded the keyboard to a lighted one, and also the hard drive to a SSD. The WLAN card is rated at 450 Mbps.
Summary: Returned it.. The item was refurbished, so my epxectations were low, but this one just didnt work for me ! The laptop slowed down considerable in the one wee I had it, the CPU was making strange noises and whats with the constant updates ??!! The laptop would automatically update software almost every day.. and it would take forever !
Summary: Great first laptop! I use it mainly for gaming! Runs most games on medium settings! except for games like payday which basically require 2 more cores in the processor. runs starcraft 2 on medium and hardly any lag!
Excerpt: The laptop is great and near new condition not to mention that it comes with Windows 7 Professional. I chose Windows 7 Professional because of its ability of running a virtual machine which I run XP. The computer came with an undersized power supply which leads me to the following poor support by Staples.Poor Staples Support1- After ordering computer, prior to arrival, I contacted Staples customer support to see if I could get rewards points for this order.
