The screen is bright and clear and I'm happy with it

Summary: I've been using this computer for a few months and have had a one or two blue screens. I had to fix the wandering mouse issue that is a problem with most older Dells. Other than that the computer came well packed and has no scratches or dings anywhere on the computer. The screen is bright and clear and I'm happy with it.
Summary: Took a chance buying a refurb but now I'm glad I did! I strongly recommend a laptop cooler as well as memory upgrade if you can afford it. It does have 1 memory slot open so another 2gb of ram for 4gb total would be perfect. Also, My laptop did have those whitish "ghost spots" on the left side they're not very distracting and I only notice them when I see a lighter colored border on that side.
Pros: Fast and smooth operation. Comes with slightly better hardware that what is listed. 560m i5 cpu and nvidia nvs 3100 dedicated gpu. Very easy to upgrade the memory and hdd. (check youtube for installation guides)
Cons: None really except can barely get 3 hours out of the battery. Gets warm in balanced mode and pretty hot in performance battery mode. only stightly stutters when I have lots of programs running at the same time.
Summary: Condition inside and out was much better than expected for a used laptop. Touchpad does wierd things at times but, Performance is great with one exception, this model is advertised with a lighted keyboard. This one doesn't have that! Pretty disappointed because that was a big feature I looked forward to when ordering.... No other issues, seller's response was quick and painless!
Summary: I finally had to give up on the trusty old Windows XP laptop. I wanted a relatively recent laptop with Windows 7. The refurbished E6410 from Tampa Laptops was as advertised. I could hardly tell it had been used, it arrived on time, and it came with 4MB of RAM instead of the advertised 3MB. Although the screen is on the small side, I definitely appreciate the brightness on this model.
