Pros: Was pleased to receive the laptop in only a few days. Received the FREE memory a day or two later, no big deal until I tried to install said memory. Be cautious of free stuff, you get what you pay for! The card would not fit the Dell Latitude D830 that I bought.
Refurbished? Reloading the OS does NOT make a laptop refurbished.

Summary: It also runs DOG slow for a 2 Ghz machine with 4 GB. Benchmark shows it equivalent to a 1.2 Ghz machine with 1 GB ram. I'm probably going to return this.
Pros: Price. Speed. Screen Size.
Cons: This is NOT a Refurbished laptop. This looks like an off lease laptop that had a new OS (Windows 7) applied. Scratched and scuffed (DEEP scratches - almost like a key was used). Sticky places - like stickers were removed and not cleaned up. This is DEFINITELY not what I would consider a "Refurbished" laptop.
Summary: Update on an earlier review for Loyalty Business Solutions: Everything was fine until after three weeks when all the USB ports stopped working. The seller said the laptop was out of its 15 day warranty so they could do nothing about the problem, don't buy from this company! This was my first review on this product, since this review I was contacted by the company with these requests. 1. They would waive the labor charges and only charge me for parts, if needed.
Summary: Seller sayS he listed that there was no hard drive, power supply, battery but when I reviewed my order there was NO mention of not including these items. This was all that was listed "1 of: Dell Latitude D830 Core 2 Duo Laptop [Electronics] Condition: Used - Very Good Sold by: jaymes71567 " HOW CAN IT BE GOOD? NO OS, NO BATTERY, NO POWER SUPPLY, NO HARD DRIVE ?
