Summary: The particians in the hard drive are made from wet paper. The screen brightness only adjusts half of the screen. The mouse pad is on as sensitive as it can be and it is like moving a marble block on a lead slab using nothing but a tooth pick. The grey color is nice.
Summary: I bought this Dell computer primarily to use as a word processor and for my children to do online educational activities. I bought it close to Christmas and it arrived the day after, right on time and in good shape. The major problem was that the hard drive failed one week later. A major disappointment. But for one week, it was an okay purchase.
Summary: I gave the laptop to my son for his birthday, so we didn't check the product out as soon as we got it...as we should have. Once it was turned on and used we immediately realized that the shift key didn't work, but we figured no big deal. Then we realized that the battery didn't hold a charge. The second you unplugged the laptop it turned off. Not what was indicated in the sales description.
Summary: I have never been more dissatisfied with a purchased product. I am 82 and an ex Men's Clothing Store Mgr., Shoe Store Mgr. and Buyer with over 25 years in Sales. I have since returned the Lap Top after 2 weeks use and found several problems with it. I sent a letter to Mr. Jeff Bezos CEO of Amazon as well as Zedekiah Nyanchama explaining my dissatisfaction with it and asked for a full refund.
