Review Dell Latitude 2110 Netbook

Notebookcheck
25 June 2010
  • Summary: Small business. The smallest member of the Dell Latitude series has had a hardware upgrade while remaining in its old case. It is now equipped with an Intel Atom N470 processor, faster DDR2-6400 memory, a touchscreen with a higher resolution and a 3G module.
  • Pros: Robust case, Comfortable keyboard with good workmanship, Modern Intel hardware, Good touchscreen, Very customizable with good support from Dell, One version available with Ubuntu Linux 9.10, Low system noise, How customizable the netbook is; and its updated hardware, rubberized surfaces,  touchscreen and integrated 3G module.
  • Cons: Case is chunky and heavy, Limited range of ports, Bulky six-cell battery, Mediocre screen which performs badly outside, No access panels on the underside
